Smoothie bowls are super easy to make and today I made a Dairy Free Strawberry Smoothie Bowl.
You can create pretty much any combination of flavors that you want and top it with your favorite fruits and crunchy things like granola and nuts.
They are hands down my favourite thing to create (you’ll see them all over my feed) and eat on the weekends when I have some time to play with my ingredients.
Here’s a basic base that you can play around with to create your own version.
Difficulty: Easy as Pie
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 3 – 4 Frozen Berries of your choice (Other Options – Frozen Mango, Watermelon, Oranges)
- 1tsp Honey
- 120ml coconut milk or cream
- 4 TBS of water
Blitz all your ingredients in a blender (I use a Nutribullet)
Pour into a bowl and top with anything you desire – I use Chia Seeds, Hemp Seeds, more Banana, Nuts or Oats. (Possibilities are really endless)
