Dairy-Free Creamy Coleslaw
A classic creamy, yet dairy-free, vegan South African coleslaw
- 3/4 cups B-Well Canola Mayo
- 2 tbsp. white vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- ½ red cabbage shredded
- ½ white cabbage shredded
- 3 carrots grated
Place all ingredients except for the shredded cabbage and grated carrot in a large mixing bowl and stir until creamy.
Add the shredded cabbage and carrot and mix well.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for 2 days
