Soft FUTURELIFE Peanut Butter Cookies

Make these Soft FUTURELIFE Peanut Butter Cookies that are gluten-free and protein-packed thanks to the addition of peanut butter and FUTURELIFE.

  • 3/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar or sweetener
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 large eggs room temp
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • handful chocolate chips dark or milk


  • Preheat oven to 180C and line a baking tray with baking paper
  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix.
  • Depending on how oily your peanut butter is, you may need to add another tbsp of FUTURELIFE is the dough is too wet. If the dough is too dry, add a tbsp of milk. Chill for 15 minutes
  • Roll balls of dough, about 1.5 tablespoons of dough each, into balls. Press down into cookies shapes on the baking tray
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes and cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before devouring! These cookies will go a little harder with time, but are quite soft and best eaten warm
