Healthier Lemon and Raspberry Lemonade

If you are looking for a refreshing drink that is lower in sugar, may I suggest this Healthier Lemon and Raspberry Lemonade? Made with lemon, raspberries, soda water and agave syrup, this drink ts the perfect guilt-free lemonade.

  • 2 Lemons + slices for serving
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • 500 ml soda water
  • 25 ml sweetener of choice – I used agave syrup but you could also use maple/honey / artificial sweetener
  • Ice


  • Juice your lemons and ensure to remove any pips. Divide between 2 x jars or 250ml glasses
  • In a pestle and mortar (or just in a bowl with a spoon) mash fresh raspberries & sweetener of choice together until soft and pulp-like and then pour into the lemon mixture in the jar
  • Fill each jar halfway with ice
  • Top with soda water & garnish with lemon slices
  • Stir well before drinking..add vodka if you feeling fancy
