Fruity Malfy Rosa Gin Cocktail

A simple and easy recipe for this Fruity Malfy Rosa Gin Cocktail.  This Italian gin is built around the flavours of Sicilian pink grapefruit and features a hint of rhubarb too. I paired the cocktail with some strawberry syrup, pink tonic and frozen berries, with a sprig of thyme.

Ingredients

  • 1 shot Malfy Gin Rosa
  • 1 can Pink tonic Fitch & Leeds Pink
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry cocktail syrup
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 sprig rosemary

Instructions

  • Place crushed ice in a glass.
  • Add Rosa Gin, tonic & strawberry syrup.
  • Top with crushed frozen berries and rosemary.
