Festive Caprese Ring

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rosa tomatoes washed
  • 200 g Fresh basil washed
  • 3 Mozzarella balls chopped in half
  • 20 ml Olive Oil
  • 10 ml Balsamic
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Lay all your basil leaves facing outwards to create a wreath shape. 
    2. Place half mozzarella balls and tomato around the wreath. 
    3. Season with salt and pepper. 
    4. To make the dressing, whisk Balsamic and Olive Oil and place in the centre of the wreath in a small ramekin / dipping bowl.
