Ingredients

For the Balls

  • 200 g Pitted Dates
  • 50 ml orange juice
  • 20 ml water
  • 80 g gluten-free oats
  • 100 g Cashew Nuts raw
  • 2 tbs cocoa powder

For the Coatings

  • 50 g chocolate
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 50 g raspberry powder
  • zest of 1 orange organic

Instructions

  • Finely chop your dates and then soak in a bowl with orange juice and water for 5 minutes or so 
  • In a food processor, blend the oats and cashews for 30secs. Then add the date mixture and cocoa powder. Blend until smooth. 
  • Remove mixture and roll into balls and then roll into your desired coating
  • Chill in the fridge for an hour and eat within one week
