Three Layered Peanut Butter and Jelly Chia
Nothing better than a PB&J sarmie, so I took the flavours of peanut butter and jam (jelly) and made a

For Chia Layer
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 10 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For Jam Layer
- 5 strawberries
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp agar agar
- 1 tbsp water
Peanut Butter Layer
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
Jelly Layer
Chop strawberries
In a saucepan over medium heat, cook strawberries with water, lemon juice and agar-agar until soft (around minutes)
Add to a jar or cup and set in fridge for at least a half hour. It wont go as hard as jelly.
Chia Layer
Mix chia, almond milk, vanilla essense and vanilla for at least 2 minutes
Set in fridge for one hour and then pour over the jelly layer. Set these two layers overnight.
