Equipment

  • A sugar thermometer
  • A small square baking tin or container (15×15, but bigger if doubling)
  • Baking Paper
  • wooden spoon
  • saucepan

Ingredients

  • 1 200g Natures Charm Condensed Milk available at faithful to nature
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 100 g 80% Dark Chocolate broken up into small pieces
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • First, chop up the chocolate and measure out coconut oil
  • Then cut a piece of baking paper to line your small square container or tin (will help to remove fudge later)
  • In a small saucepan over very low heat, melt your Vegan Condensed Milk and sugar until smooth.
  • Then slowly increase the heat, stirring once or twice while it bubbles. Use a sugar thermometer to get the fudge up to 114C, then remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate & coconut oil, stirring until well combined
  • Pour into the lined container, spread evenly, sprinkle with sea salt if desired, & set at room temp for 15minutes, then in the fridge for 1 hour. Enjoy.
