    Rosé and Blueberry Ice Lollies

Sharing something a little moodier on the blog today– Rosé and Blueberry Ice Lollies lollies. A refreshing palate cleanser to serve before a valentines dinner, or whenever! These ice lollies are made with frozen blueberries, rose, lemon juice and a tiny bit of sweetness.  You will need a good quality rose, (I used this one) plus an lolly / popsicle mould and sticks.
