Making Falafel with Outcast Food’s Easy Mix has never been so effortless. I received a drop from Outcast Foods which included their Classic Falafel Mix and it is by far, the EASIEST way to make falafel.
The falafel mixes are available into two flavours, Classic: Cumin, Coriander, Cilantro, Turmeric or Crazy: Beetroot, cardamom, poppy and hint more chilli.
They are packed as a dry mix, you just add boiling water to prepare, and then either fry or bake your falafel.
Outcast Foods uses activated chickpeas that are (lightly sprouted) and the very best ingredients, including Kalahari Desert salt and non-irradiated spices.
Best of all – No gluten, fillers, preservatives or additives.
Outcast says their products are loved by vegans, the health-conscious and the lazy who are looking to include more plant-based meals into their diet.

The falafels are perfect on their own as a snack with a dip, but I decided to add them to my salad bowl this afternoon.
Salad ingredients – Mixed Greens, grated carrot and cabbage, tomatoes and steamed broccoli.
For the dressing, I used a combination of dairy-free mayo, lemon juice and cayenne pepper.
