Maple Glazed Carrots with Thyme

Today we are going to be creating these Maple Glazed Carrots with Thyme. These are a delicious FODMAP friendly, vegan side dish to add to your christmas lunch table.

Just a quick recap that we are six recipes down and I am loving creating these Christmas inspired recipes for you – I hope they are inspiring you to get cooking these holidays.

We have already done Festive Gluten-Free Cupcakes , a Caprese Wreath, a Thyme and Strawberry Gin cocktail, Chocolate Pretzels, as well as a Christmas Tree waffle.  Creating a recipe every day hasn’t been a walk in the park. In fact, last week I tried to do a 6 a day but kept making silly mistakes, so I am now doing one or two a day, which has been a little easier. 🤣

Ok on to the recipe…

Maple Glazed Carrots with Thyme

This carrot side dish is

  • Gluten Free
  • Dairy Free
  • Vegan
  • Fodmap Friendly

You can serve these Maple Glazed Carrots with Thyme as a side on Christmas – instead of those frozen carrots that are usually boiled to death!

Enjoy making these..

Love,

Cat
