The recipe is from Foodies of SA, the only modification I made was that I didn’t have self-raising flour, so I added three teaspoons of Baking Powder.     Today, my inspiration comes from Warm Gluhwein – because it is the coldest day by far today!! This is my Gluten Free Banana Bread, baked around Gluhwein Poached Pears.
