This Three Layered Peanut Butter and Jelly Chia pudding contains the following hero ingredients: sugar-free peanut butter, chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla essence, almond milk, agar-agar, maple syrup and fresh strawberries.     Hello to today’s recipe: Guilt-free Blackberry Oatmeal Parfait, Vanilla Chia Oats, layered between fresh Blackberries, yoghurt and Blackberry Compote.  You heard that right: a Guilt-free Blackberry Oatmeal Parfait because breakfast doesn’t have to be boring brown oats.
