    Today I am sharing this foolproof recipe to make Gluten Free Christmas Gingerbread Cookies. These gingerbread cookies are gluten free and contain muscovado sugar and molasses, which give the cookies their deep and dark rich flavour, as well as fragrant spices including cinnamon and ginger. To decorate, I use a simple mixture of 250g of icing sugar mixed with 5 or so tablespoons of water to make a glace icing.
