1. Green Super Smoothie Recipe
Blend 1/2 avocado, a handful of baby spinach, 1/4 cucumber (skin removed), 2 celery sticks, 200ml chilled unsweetened almond milk, 6 ice cubes, 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or agave.
2. Berry Great Day Recipe
Blend 250ml chilled unsweetened almond milk, 100ml coconut water, 1/2 cup frozen berries, 1 tablespoon almond butter, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 scoop collagen powder.
3. Choc-Protein Smoothie
Blend 200ml chilled almond milk, 5 cubes ice, 1 tablespoon raw cocoa powder, 1 scoop vegan protein powder and 2 teaspoon of agave syrup.
